The Taunton Housing Authority seeks qualified applicants for the position of Leased Housing Coordinator. This is a position responsible for the overall administration of the agency’s Leased Housing Department which encompasses federal and state leased/housing assistance programs. Provide direction and perform services in implementation of policy and procedures governing occupancy process, rent eligibility/computations, property owner payments and the maintenance of efficient files. Propose appropriate methods and procedures for improvement of leased housing program. The salary for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 yearly.
